Muscle Therapy
How do I know if Muscle Resolution is right for me?
If you have ever been injured while playing sports or feel recurring pain in your muscles, Muscle Resolution is here to help. When traditional forms of treatment such as pain medication, injections, muscle relaxers, and surgery do not improve your condition, Timarie may be able to help restore your body and get you back to the things you enjoy. She has worked with a variety of clients with a varying goals that include acute injury, athletes and runners seeking to improve their game, in addition to everyday life activities.

Why is it important to balance the muscular system and how often should I do that?
We live in our bodies and are very dependent on it working correctly. When it doesn't function optimally, we open ourselves up for pain and injury. This often leads to a restriction in physical activity, whether that comes in the form of daily routine or extracurricular activities. This leads to further stress that effects emotional state and well-being. If you take care of your body on a regular basis (which looks different for everyone) it will run better, much like regular maintenance for a car. No two people are alike, so Timarie does not offer a cookie cutter approach to her care. Generally speaking, clients need more treatment in the beginning but over time, visits are spaced out according to their individual goals.

How is Timarie different?
She takes the time to listen and value what her clients share with her. She cares about the goals and outcome that her clients seek. She finds joy in helping a client reduce his back pain so he can sleep through the night, the mother and grandmother to get up and down off the floor more easily when playing with children, and the athlete who wishes to perform better. If she cannot help someone, she supports them by directing them to someone who can.
